We were very pleased that the chair was shipped in a very timely manner and came in very good condition with one small exception. The rubber "boot" that goes around the base was cut about 5 to 6 inches caused by the base itself during shipping. We were a little disappointed at first but as we were assembling the chair, we noticed that there was an extra "boot" included with the chair. How great is that?!
